I’ve been a fan of Karaoke for a long time and I have always dreamed of producing the odd disc of my own, just for fun. Back in 2001 I started to look for software that would allow me to do just that. I found a few applications on the Internet that enabled me to produce very basic discs, but I wanted more. I eventually found some professional solutions, but I was horrified at the price. I didn’t mind paying hundreds, but thousands.... no!

In the end I decided to write my own software, which has taken on a life of it's own and has evolved into ‘Karaoke CD+G Author’. I envisaged a feature set similar to other professional solutions but then I decided to set a new standard. There's more to come!

Karaoke CD+G Author allows you to create professional binary and MP3+G files. It does not include CD burning software or a player, but I have included links to some good software that will do the trick. You will end up paying only a fraction of what you would have paid if you had purchased one of the other ‘professional solutions’. The professional solution just became affordable!
